Got a call from this company selling vacation packages using the Marriott name. When I received the confirmation the vacation listed is very generic and no mention of the Marriott hotel. No description of the vacation is listed that adequately describes what you are getting. I did not return authorization to use my credit card however I was charge by the Credit card company. Other complaints have been filed. This appears to be a scam.

- Investigator Courtney: Called the toll free number on the website, 1-800-920-0745, and spoke with an operator who then transferred me to the Fraud Investigator, Mr. Caines, who spoke at length regarding the taped telephone calls regarding the authorization to charge a credit card. He did ask for you to request a refund directly by calling the number I did above. He stated that the company does take fraud and customer service seriously and would like to extend the opportunity to resolve the matter directly.
