hii, i am from Hyderabad, India. One person cheated me in india and he left to USA. When he was in India he took money from me for a certification course and didn't apply for the exam.He wasted nearly 1 year of my time. For all the things he told me that he would compensate with $3100. But he left to USA , he is telling that he won't be giving any money. Please tell me what to do and how to get my money back
