International boundaries
they lied on a telemarketing call, got my credit card, then sent me emails to sign paperwork that didn't match what they said. Including: 1) hidden fees not disclosed by phone, 2) promised a longer expiration date by phone that didn't show up on paperwork, 3) not a marriott program as they indicated, and so 4) i never signed the paperwork specifying it's a "nonrefundable" fee.
