I was charged this fee while applying for a loan to get my bills caught up. I put my information in but when I realized how much it was going to cost I backed out, yet they still charged my daughters checking account with $87.00 plus a $29.00 overdraft which I feel that they are responsible for. I have still not received the payment back.
Also when I called to talk to the people about the issue the lady that I was talking to about it was very rude and hung up on me. That's not very professional to do something like that.
