They took money from my account after I inquired about a loan on line. I did not sign up for this. They took the information from my loan application. I called to complain and got a person that was reading a script and would not let me talk to a supervisor. She just kept telling me that she would give me the address to get my money back but when I went on the sight it was the loan sight again.
