Slimware indicated that they can assist me with my driver updates. I paid the $29.95 then ti activate it I called the 800 number. a girl named Sonal was polite and walked me throught the process all the time telling me that my computer was slow. She then connected me with a man named Sundi,(the closer) he then proceeded to tell me what is needed to fix the slow computer. of course it is all a scam then he ways ( after they take over the computer..Ineeded to give him $249 to speed up my computer... what a SCAM, these people should be shut down, it is all misleading and conning the client here in America... Do not buy from them. it is a Rip off. While I was waiting I could hear cheering in the background for a phone person who sold something. they should be shut down... Beware Americans
