I keep getting a security request regarding outbound traffic and they will not resolve it or help me. Terms of agreement were not explained properly. The message says to use norton power eraser but that does not help. The message pops up on my pc every 30 seconds. I have called them and they took control of my pc and said they resolved it but it did not help. They then said my contract had expired. I am very dissatisfied with all conversations with them. I thought I was purchasing Norton protection when I first paid this. What can I do to stop this message from appearing constantly?
