I ordered something from this company, and made sure to notify them that I did not want my information shared with anyone. (I did this notification per the steps outlined on their website and I did it right away when placing the order because I'd seen some negative online reviews from people who were receiving piles of junk mail after doing business with Danbury Mint.)

Shortly thereafter, I received an email reply from "Kathy U" at customer service assuring me that they had removed my name from their mail file.

However I have since begun receiving junk mail from other companies. I know they got my information from Danbury Mint, because Danbury Mint had botched my address (ultimately resulting in my having to cancel the order because it was a gift and didn't arrive on time).

The junk mail is coming to the botched address, but naturally since it's junk mail it manages to get delivered despite that.

Bottom line: Don't trust this company! They lie and have absolutely no respect for the wishes of their customers.
