Back in Oct 2016 my wife showed me an ad she received from Danbury Mint for a birthstone ring. She wanted the ring so I sent in the order. It came around the end of the month with the bill for $106.50 along with an ad for matching earrings. The new ad for the ear rings said that when I sent in the payment for the ring the ear rings would be sent. I sent in a check for that amount on Nov. 30 along with the new order for the ear rings. So today I (Dec . 17) received in the mail from a bill them saying my account payment was over due. Now I am Pi**ed. I go online to my bank and they show that the Danbury Mint finally converted my check payment to an ACH payment on Dec. 12. You can not convince me that in this day of high speed electronics it takes that long for this company to process payments. Are their people sleeping on the job or what? To really upset me is the problem that I wanted the new ear ring set for my wife for Christmas and I guess it won,t happen because this company is slow on the business and my wife won't receive her gift on time for Christmas. Never again with this company.
