I was contacted by ATN concerning renting out properties during Mardi Gras 2013. They stated my properties were already taken and that my investment of around $1300 was guaranteed to blossom as Mardi Gras was a sure winner. Now that the 2nd Mardi Gras has passed, I still have not heard from ATN concerning future potential rentals. They stated they would work tirelessly until my investment. I have contacted the local BBB, but they could only advise.
