This company uses deceptive marketing and aliases which are alternate business names in both physical mailings and on the internet. The BBB website for this company is MBI, Inc. Phone: (203) 853-2000 and if you scroll down the BBB page says Alternate Business Names: Danbury Mint, Easton Press, The PCS Stamps & Coins, Willabee & Ward. I called 1-800-369-5725 today simply to be removed from the marketing and mailing and the rep was so rude it turned into a nightmare. I called back many times trying to get a non-rude rep asking for a supervisor every time. It took 40 minutes to get anyone half-intelligent and non-rude. I explained that their brochure which depicts a pendant with names, has a wrong name on it and in addition stop sending me physical marketing materials. The supervisor acted half asleep but seemed to process my request. Be advised there's an "MBI Inc." parent company that you can escalate complaints to and the info can be found in a google search of: BBB MBI. We all have to keep arrogant companies accountable otherwise we're all on the receiving end of all kinds of trouble.
