I submitted a claim on Dec. 19, 2013 to Sentinel who gave me a number of Universal Administrators that services sentinel in providing payments for claims. It has been an aggravation since December, it is now March 2014 and I have yet to get the check. I have been calling Universal Administrators and they have the owner (Jack Wayne Wright) writing all the checks (I have never heard of anything like this from a big company!) I called Sentinel, and was informed that they cut ties.
