I purchased a service contract with this company on my home appliances. I need repair on 2 covered items. The contract states service will be initiated within 48 hours. Initiated means to them that they take down information on the problem. I have called the service department three times since 1/20/14. The last time being today 1/27/14. After finally getting through to them I was told on each occasion "it's being worked on. As of now we can't get anyone willing to go out to service your items". I called the person who sold me the contract and the CEO of the company 3 times each. I left voicemail on all the calls requesting a call back. It is now 8 days and no one has had the courtesy of returning any of my calls. I paid $618.00 on 6/3/13 for a one year silver contract. They took my money but are not providing me the service I paid to have.
