I was offered samples of two products for pst-packaging only. They arrived after a few days. I noted that some days after this, my bank account was charged (via my Visa debit card) with £89 for something I had not ordered and did not want. Whatever it is - it hasn't arrived by I've still lost £89. What can be done to stop this/refund folk who have been simiarly duped???
