They are passing themselves off as a Home Warranty Company when in fact they are just a Marketing Company that will pass you off to a fly-by-night warranty company. My dishwasher & water heater went out within 2 weeks of each other and I called Universal Administrators (the actual home warranty company) and they sent guys out but because I had not had my policy over 6 months, they would only give me $150 each per appliance. That was in October, 2013 and I still have not gotten my $300. I have a case filed with the Attorney General in KY (where Universal Administrators is located) and they told me yesterday that Sentinel has a Federal Law Suit against them, Sentinel won't tell me anything about it so here I am, hanging out to dry. Sentinel should back the people they take money from and pay me my $300.
