Cant get refund and the verbal abuse not on my part was unbelievable which were luckly over heard by rbs visa dispute team he was shocked the way I was spoken to very nasty ive sent loads of emails with only one responce which was nice appologise ing

Im still trying to get my refund and still I get ignored.im trying to find the name of the person that owns merrywood so I can send a letter directly .
