my bank account charged amount from archives.com without my permission. Tried to cancel this but could never get anyone to answer the 800#. Went online, but could not access area to cancel since I do not have a password or ID. I have sent messages to their customer service via the site but still no response. I CANNOT GET AHOLD of these people. So will need to complete fraud complaint with my bank.
