I work for a contracting company and we ordered two appliances from this website. I should of listened to my gut instinct the first time I called because I thought the guy who works there was really pushy, He told me "look, you're not going to find this product anywhere else and we are right next to the manufacturer" So I naively proceeded with the purchase. They mentioned no 30 day return in our phone call. When we went to install my clients appliance it wasn't a fit. They refused the return or even an exchange for a portion of store credit. They have this terrible ticket system so that the only communication you can have with them regarding returns or exchanges is through email. So when I emailed them back and asked for the manufacturers number so I could call them myself, they responded with the same email they sent me before and then cut off all communication with me by closing ticket. Most companies have flexibility for licensed contractors because they are a legit business that is aware of installation schedules. This company is just trying to make a buck not run a honest business. STAY AWAY FROM AppliancesConnection.com
