I bought a couch in January 2016. Took 2-3 weeks for delivery. Springs broke off a section in August and when I contacted them to repair under the 5 year Spring warranty, I was told they would only cover 200.00 which is ~300.00 less than repair cost. Then they offered to send me a replacement section for $100.00 S&H. No thanks! Why do I have to pay for a defect and when it should be covered. Then they resort to social media hustlin to provide the lame excuse last minute that "judging by the photos, you have children who were clearly jumping on the couch which would void the warranty". SERIOUSLY! This business and Ashley Furniture is a scam and will not honor any warranty. Instead they will think of reasons to void it based on photos they find off the internet. This is so disturbing on many levels and I am currently in the process of researching my options. If anyone has similar stories please post.
