I made a booking but then had to cancel within the required time, only to discover that HotelsOne had charged my card twice. They refunded one amount, but I have only had automated responses that the issue of the double charge will be addressed in 24 hours. Needless to say, I have heard nothing. I have apporached them twice in 2 weeks with nothing solid in response. I have bank statements to prove the double charge.
