I went online to locate a hotel in the area in which I would be travelling, Hammond, Louisiana. I clicked on the Super8 and a page came up with rates and rooms. I went through the questions and decisions and then eventually ended up making the reservations. I didn't notice that the page was hotelsone.com, I thought I was on the Super8 web. The day before I was to leave for my trip, I realized that the website had made the reservation for a room in Hammond, Indiana. I called twice hotelsone.com twice and tried to get them to transfer my reservations to the correct state and town, but the refused, just replying with obviously previously written responses. They refused to see me as a person, they just insisted that they could not transfer my payment and that I would loose my money. NEVER book through hotelsone.com. They are scammers.
