Bait and Switch Scam - Follow up
After "upgrading" my account several times at ever increasing cost I was notified that the "legal" department had flagged my account and I had to upgrade again to a "business" account (no business involved - retired and loving it) or they would delete my backups - so I canceled and am waiting for my refund - no I get an email offering me a special deal to "come back" - guess what JustCloud - Fool me once - shame on you - fool me twice - Shame on me
NO WAY -- stay away from these scammers and block their email -- all they have is nerve - really crappy company totally based on Bait and Switch
