hotelsone.com "guarantee lowest prices, & will price match a lower competitor & refund the difference". What a load of rubbish !!!
After spending over an hour on the phone to 2 different women, one a "supervisor", both with limited English speaking skills, I was asked to email the screen grabs proving that there was a lower price (which I did) to a specified email address (which turns out to be the hotel I was trying to books email address & not theirs at all). They are scammers thru & thru & were trying to get me to use their site, & claim back the difference later. Thankfully I declined & called the hotel direct. They had been way too inconsistent with their stories. Telling me the hotel will book me in, but may not have availability unless I go through them.
