Rang up out of the blue, claimed that my product warranty had expired and it needed a new product key to sort out the corruption on my system, which the Windows 8 people had failed to do.
Was shown screens full of fatal errors to confirm what they were saying. Reluctantly, after about an hours discussion , I agreed to pay $195 for them to start work. They put in a lot of good work and seemed to have almost cured the problems. They then said they were going to refund my money as they had failed to provide a full working system. They then scammed me for a further £295. and sent me E-Mails to me from my E-mail system to say I had agreed to it. It is now being treated as fraud by my Bank. Be warned they are very plausible
