phone call 03-27-2013 saying they were calling for Microsoft to update old computers. In order for them to continue to protect computer fee $149.00 required and was paid by my credit card and money went to Kavishtechnosoft.KOL in India.

They made it look like they did provide service and updating on the computer. Phone call 04-23-2013 saying being hacked, showed me screens and needed more money. So, being foolish I sent by Western Union $260.00 to Biswarup Dey India ($10.00 fee)

They did something again on computer didn't fix anything and did not log off the system after running test to fix hack. They called me again on 04-26-2013 since I sent them a notice to their e-mail site that they had scammed me. Between 2 representatives they convinced me to re-open computer, have the 3 special programs put back in and they would go after the criminals and send me check with my $260.00, the catch was to pay another $149.00 to have all these programs re-installed.

I knew better, but got caught up in all their talk and allowed them to scam me that 3rd time. Big lesson learned. I have copy of Western Union and I have I'm sure bogus names, phone numbers, e-mail and website info to share.

Cisctron website is up on computer now but phone number isn't good and I'm sure everything they show on there is false. The website is: [email protected]. and here is the new number they gave me to call but no one answers: 1-877-778-8410. Maybe tracking these phone numbers will help you.

The programs they installed I saw today (04-27-2013) are all free to anyone to download. Again not knowing computers it's very easy to be swayed and the real kicked is saying they are working for Microsoft. I wasn't able to contact them about this scam being used with their company name.
