I was told that the caller was representing Microsoft and that my computer was corrupted. He took over my computer and said my warunty from Microsoft had run out. I needed to add a new security package. I chose a 3 yr. for $249. I was told that he would call back tomorrow with more information. I believe that I have duped as have others. I called 1-866-936-7466 for an answer. All I got was a recording to leave a message. No one has returned my call.
