I realized mins after signing up for this service that it was a rip off and I tried to get a refund but was unable to reach anyone yet as it is after business hours. It is bad enough that the legitimate inmate phone company charges an arm and a leg for just a few mins. I am outraged someone would pose as a solution only to rip people off taking advantage of people in desperate or tight financial situations. I want my money back what the hell do I do???
