Hello,
I had seen an ad on the net with regards to Boost Mobile and do not know if you are still endeavoring litigation but I will help.  There have been a few instances where money would mysteriously vanish from my account and even my first "auto reboost" was a redundant charge of $50.  The latest problem I have with Boost Mobile is breach with regards to "Shrinkage"  When I started at $50 the goal they offered was pay on time every ………… finally it will drop to $35 unlimited. That was the carrot that got this horse racing and I overcame all of their stealing and disconnections and reached the final drop to $35 and it was at that time Boost Mobile came out and said that $35 was too inexpensive and for unlimited Android Market  it would stay at $40. Prior to my knowledge of the change in promises I was so happy I was dropping to $35 a month I had payed my last payment of $40 early just so there would be no chance of being late and I walk down to the Boost Mobile store and purchased a better phone to show Boost I appreciate the  shrinkage and now that I will pay only $35 I can afford a better phone. The guy at the store doesn't say a word about it and the day my last bill of $40 was do which I had already prepaid my service was cut off because of this increase for what? unlimited Android? I already had unlimited Android Oh because had upgraded handsets. Well that makes a lot of sense. There was never anything in their promise that stated as long as you own the same handset.  I don't know if they offered a deal better than they had figured or if this is just like every other time they stole or attempted to steal from their subscribers.   I was on time every month besides the three times my service was cut off due to a lacking in funds which was caused by no other than Boosted Mobile themselves. So, the three times this had happened I'd have to call in, sit through countless recordings telling me how I did not have enough money in my account and needed to pay ASAP finally reaching a person and straightening out
A. My payment was on time
B. There was enough money in the account
C. Once again, reinstate my capacity from deadbeat to subscriber and hook my phone back up.

I do have documented letters which I have conveyed the aforementioned to Boost and addressed to Sprint. I will include the last letter here:

My phone service has been interrupted due to insufficient funds on my account. My monthly bill is $45 a month down from the original $50 a month shrinkage plan.  There has been three occasions prior to this where, much to my surprise there was unauthorized money withdrawn from my account in the very short time between when I paid my monthly service and the time my bill was due.
(VERY SNEAKY) I called to complain and was told that I must have been responsible and authorized the missing monies. I declared that, "any money that I pay to Boost Mobile with regards to the phone number XXX XXX-XXXX is to be for, AND ONLY FOR, my phone service."  Your representative said that he would overlook it this time on one condition and that was if I agreed to make my account limited to a state of non-liberated financial capabilities. Meaning I could not buy or enter in any texting payments or "enter to win" contests and what not.  So I said yes, absolutely. From that day on I have had no problem until now????  Because my payment for unlimited service is due on the 28th of every month, I Anthony LASTNAME on the 27th of November 2011 had in trusted to Boost Mobile monies in the amount of $45, strictly for the sole purpose of subscription to their phone service and nothing more.  Why have my services been interrupted? Moreover, where is the money I paid you for those services?  Without a contract there is no account.  Boost Mobile looks at me as an account.  This is not a credit card or any such related entity.  Having said that, any payments that I pay to Boost Mobile a subsidiary of Sprint that is not used to benefit my account is therefore considered by me and any other objective party to be stolen.  I hereby demand that my phone service is to be reinstated at once.  This is the last time you will here from me either way.  I am a simple customer who asks for very little and an individual who will pay every month on time without fail. However, I will no longer deal in the scandalous affairs associated with the piracy of my misappropriated funds.

If you are still or ever do decide to put this crooked snake on trial I would be more than delighted to assist you in any way, shape or form.  Kindest Regards
Anthony
