On August. 6, 2016 at about 1:00pm , my husband I who have been loyal Boost Mobile customers for almost 10 years and counting; entered the store. There were two Hispanic women working there. One offered help , while the other stood back , with her jacket on backwards , sizing up my husband and I . The other woman , then asked " What can I do for you today?" I then explained to her that we paid our cellphone bills on July.7, 2016, and today our services were interrupted. The other woman , walked behind the counter and began to whisper , about my husband and myself. They began giggling and chatting among each other and making racial jokes and fun of us, under their breathe as if we couldn't hear them, when they thought we were not looking or listening . I remained at the counter by myself , and personally watched and heard . The other associate called , customer service because, we wanted to be removed from the Premier customer program( it messes up your payment schedule as well as bills customers every two weeks , forcing customers to pay cell phone bill twice a month) as well as find out why our services were interrupted a day before the bill was due. In that moment , while she was on the phone with customer service pretending to get a resolution in walked another customer , who was an somewhat elderly woman , The associate on the phone told , the other to help the other customer and her direct response was " Why should I help her , there are only two customers in the store?" laughing The other, customer stated that she was "starting a new service" and she immediately received better customer service and no extra chatter or laughter . While we were , waiting at the counter as she walked back from receiving a payment from other customer , she stated " Oh , big money you're mad because your phone is off ." laughing and continuing to talk about us. The other associate , then came from behind the counter and gave us a bogus excuse, and did not resolve our issues. Today, my husband and I were treated like less than a second class citizen , because we did not go into the store to pay a bill, start service or buy a new phone. It almost felt as if you're not spending money, you are not considered a top priority customer. We have had many issues in the last 6 months with Boost Mobile, I have called customer service who stated , they would insert a ticket to technical support , but I have never received a follow - up nor have our issues been resolved. So , along with the horrific incident today here's a list of issues we have with Boost Mobile that have yet to be resolved:

- Have not received additional two weeks to make payment in nearly an 8 month span

- Did not receive a full 30 days of service

- Made a complaint , but was never resolved ( 2 -3 tickets filed)

- Premier customer plan has caused changes in bill payment dates

- Delayed notifications that the bill is due or has been paid

- Not receiving notifications at all

- Very , Very rude unacceptable customer service, over the phone as well as in person

- Requested that name be changed in system , ( Still no change) name is spelled incorrect in system

- Having to jump threw loops to report an incident

- No corporate email address to contact

- Loops that prevent you from filing a complaint against the company , or properly notifying customer service

- Repeatedly lied to about services, and polices , consistently receive the run- around when trying to resolve issues

- Very difficult to find accurate " contact us" information

I could go on and on but , I'll just stop here. In general , we are very unsatisfied with the service, the company , as well as the customer service, and would like a resolution , in order to remain Boost Mobile customer.
