I have been locked out of my account for over three weeks and have been told '48-72 hours' wait to get it resolved. On too of that Everytime I contact them they act as if there is a change and tell me to log in. And I get the exact same issues. Nothing has been done on their end and I'm now scared they had a security breach of some sort.
