Last September I purchased a Nikon CoolPix s9100 from this online retailer. The camera was advertised as "NEW" on their site. In December started having problems with the camera, so sent to Nikon repair facility in Melville, NY. Nikon repair representative indicated that the camera is refurbished and not covered by any warranty. He was able to tell this by the serial number and went on to tell me it was originally bought and returned to a BestBuy before being refurbished and bought by this internet retailer. I have tried emailing twice and calling Daxmart.com without success. No response to my emails and on hold for more than 1h on the phone. The camera continues to be advertised today as "NEW" on the daxmart.com site
