Charged outrageous amount for memory card and did not even receive the one listed and was supposed to get 2 for 1. just received one. Was supposed to get 2 for 1 battery. they included the battery in the body only package as 1 of them and the 2nd one was not a canon battery. The Canon warranty card did not have the body or ID number on it as canon said it should, nor was the same number on the box as Canon said it should be. Called Canon and it will be at there discression whether or not the warranty will be honored. They are not an approved Canon Dealer either. Ripped off bad!
