I have rarely had such an unpleasant experience with a company as this one. They quoted me $300 to remove a virus from my computer with a 5 year guarantee. After 6+ hour & an extra $272 I was left with a shell of a computer that does not connect with the internet. My hard drive was wiped clean along with my wireless internal connection & all the program that came with the computer. I was given the run around; told to call my internet provider; and stonewalled.
