I called the company and they said they were in Miami. They sent this tech to my house that crashed my machine and while he was there he told me that he was hired that day from craigslist and that "George Otte" and "Geeks Onsite" were located in Peru south America and that they have a sweat shop there. "George Otte" the owner has a sweatshop. Either way my machine is crashed and Geeks Onsite insists I need to pay for a new technician to come out. Geeks ON Site STAY AWAY THEY ARE A SCAM!
