This is a fly by night business, after reading up further on the business, it seems like they I am not alone in this feeling. Reviews even from people who used to work there are bad. They claim to be nation wide that is a lie. they claim to have a business here in Valdosta that too is a lie. The place you call is in miami, fl. I called and was cursed out by "Dispatch", this was after 4 phone transfers. The Young man refused to give me his name. When I asked to be transferred to a manager he told me know and that " I will hang up the (Inappropriate Content Removed) phone and call back (Inappropriate Content Removed)".Now i could see if i was being rude but, I was not. I wanted to know when my technician would arrive, after trying to schedule and appoint for 3 days. However when the technician did arrive i asked him several questions. He said he was hired online, that he never met the people he worked for. SCARY! There is no background check required to work there. When i called back to ask some questions about my computer they said he had quit, I wonder why... This time they told me they could not tell me where they were located... this place is scary, and i would not let them in your home!
