I tried booking a room with the DFW Hyatt online. When I clicked on the website I assumed it would take me to Hyatt's reservation site. Unbeknownst to me it took me to Hotelsone.com. I was confident that I made my reservation with the Hyatt. Today I found out the client I was meeting with was staying at the DFW Grand Hyatt, so I attempted to change my 3-room reservation to the DFW Grand Hyatt. Via my phone conversation I was informed by a Hotelsone.com employee that I could change my reservation but I would be still be charged for the DFW Hyatt rooms. I believed Hotelsone.com's system is a scam and I would use this Hyatt or this system again. I expect a refund.
