I ordered a Steam Mop X5 on 18/10 and received a confirmation immediately. I also paid for express delivery to be delivered in 2-3 working days. The money was debited from my account on 22/10. As of yet I still have not received the item. I have e-mailed them, but get no response and it is impossible to reach them on the phone. After researching it it would seem others are having the exact same issue.

  • I ordered Steam Mop X5 at the beginning of October and did not recieve it until 20th oct after a few emails back and forward saying they were inundated with orders. So when arrived i was very happy, used it twice on floors and then used it on my tiles in bathroom with the handheld part of machine then it started to overheat turned it off, when i started it back up would not work and has,nt since. Tried to email them about my problem but have not heard from them since just woundering what i can do from now. apparently other peaple are having problems.
