I am one of the many I have read that has orderen the H20 mop, I ordered 2 one for my sister 1 for myself, I received 1 after a number of emails and am still waiting for the second it must be over a month ago !!!!! Something needs to be done about these people any suggestions of whom we can take this too !!!!! again like others have said there is no phone number and I am sick of sending emails !!!! Can we dispute the card payment ??? Really sickens me that people get away with this
