I bought a steam x5 mop. It took 4 weeks to arrive and it did not work at all. I had to return it at my expense of £5.99. Since then the company have been VERY slow to return emails and claim they did not receive the item. After hard work with the courier I sent them all the documentation including the signature for the returned item. Each email I am now getting is becoming more and more difficult to understand with broken english. They are now, after 10 weeks of hassle, saying they have received the item and will be sending me a replacement!! All I want is my money back as there products are faulty, have European plugs, and, the instructions are not in english. Please do not touch this company. This is a definate scam. Furthermore they claim the Right Honerable A N Stewart is on their board!!! (Who is he) There are no contact numbers and they frustrate you with gibberish emails. AVOID
