This company compromised my compueter. All of a sudden on my Visa Statement showed up a transaction dated 10/01/12 in the amount of $259.99. The Transaction Description on the statement is "Live Technician 250-510-4735-BC". I did not place this order and do not want it. I have attempted to cancel and get a message repeatedly that the manager will call me back. I have canceled the credit card and notified VISA. I don't know what else I can do.
