I cancelled my card in time to avoid monetary loss and was charged 35 bucks to do so. They got close to taking my money but I acted before they could. The story was good, at first. I paid them $600 last year and they called saying I was getting a refund because Microsoft bought them out. I feel like an idiot spelling this out but it should be known. They convinced me to allow them remote access to my computer, signed me up for a Western Union account and got my card number. Then started running stuff in the background of my computer without permission. This is a summarized version but in short they definitely scammed me. After I changed the password on my new WU account they called angry as they tried logging in in MY NAME. I knew from the start it was a scam. Believe in your gut. There is no reason they need to set up a WU account for you to issue a refund and certainly do not need access to your computer. I am too trusting. What a fool.
