PC Experts (Alan)called me today to say I had 21 hackers on my pc using my pc and that he could fix it,he said he had been monitoring my pc.I had called yahoo w/ email problems and gotten pc experts before,costing me $299.Today he said he could fix but I needed to order the microsoft antivirus for one monthe for $50 or for the lifetime of my pc for $213.99 which I chose.I keep telling him that I did not trust him or his company.He said to never run 2 antiviruses but left malware and microsoft antivirus on. How do I get rid of these people.?they have all my personal information...
