I bought a copy of Microsoft Office 365 Personal (don't buy this product either) from WalMart on April 1 for $75.57. It would not install on my computer, so I (supposedly) went to Microsoft Help online, which in reality was 'Tech Fix Now.' They charged me $299.95, did absolutely NOTHING but waste 5 hours of my time, and staunchly REFUSE to refund my money. NEVER use this company. I have also found out they lied about being accredited by the BBB. They are NOT accredited.
