I received a bill from my credit card company for charges of $99.90 from Network 36 Holdings for diet drops on July 23, 2012. I disputed the charges with my credit card company who credited my acct, but received a reply on Aug 8, 2012. The letter from the Net 36 Company to my Credit Card Co stated I had ordered the drops on 07/10/2011, (so why did they bill me July 23, 2012). They had my Name, address, USP tracking #,and telephone #. My credit card recharged me + fee for the $99.90 which I paid to keep from getting further fees. Now this month I received a bill for $78.53. I called the company and the state the will remove the charges. I have called my Credit Card Co to dispute these charges and dispute the previous charges. We will see what happens now.
