I happened to check my bank account on 07/12/12 and noticed a charge in the amount of $99.90 to Network 36 Holdings on 7/10/12. This was not a purchase that I recognized so I called my bank. They started the process of disputing the charge and gave me a credit. I cancelled the card it was related on and called the number attached to the charge. The number only went to a voicemail for "Mark's desk". I called a week later and it was then answered saying "customer service". I asked what company and they said for diet drops. I started to tell them I had a charge I didn't authorize and she interrupted me by saying "I can't give you any information about your account". I never even gave her my name. On 9/26/12 I received a letter from my bank saying that the company responded and unless I sent a letter by 10/4/12 they would have to put the charge back on my account. I looked over the papers the company sent and noticed a few discrepancies. They said I "called" them in response to a radio ad on 7/10/12 and that I "clicked on" I agree prior to purchase. Not sure how you click when you called. Then they showed a box stating my name, phone number, email, and the box I "clicked" and the date of 09/01/2011 at 00:00. I pointed out this discrepancy to my bank and a letter to continue the dispute. I hope this will further help someone get a refund. I recommend cancelling whatever card was charged. If the card is cancelled they cannot continue the charges. The phone number is now saying "Unfortunately we are closed, please call back during normal business hours of Mon-Fri 9am-5pm Mountain time. I was calling at 2pm mountain time on a Thursday.
