I must confess that I have read the reviews and I was very excited with the purchase of my new cell phone. The HTC 7 seemed to be exactly what I was looking for, in terms of everything.

However, since I bought a new "HTC 7 Surround T8788 Unlocked GSM/3G Windows Phone 7 with Touchscreen, 5MP Camera, Music player, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth" (Electronics; $345.56 Sold by: The OEM Shop) I realized there was a problem with it. I had to constantly recharge it because the bactery life, since the beginning was less than 7 hours, even when I was not using it at all or just use it to make phone calls. I also realized that the charger came with some scratches, what was not commom in a new item. Furthermore the right side of the cover was a little bit out of the format.

It is obvious that this company is not trustworthy, once I paid for a new item and received an used one. As I live abroad and it was quite difficult and expensive to send the product back and decided to keep it.

However, as the problem was becoming worse, I sent and e-mail to the store in order to have at least the mobile fixed, once it was not cheap. The answer was simply ridiculous,as can be seen:

you can go to a phone store and see if there is a repair person on staff or call the manufacture"

It seems to me that this store is using amazon.com do deceit honest people. I would not recomend to anyone to buy anything from them.
