Like everyone else, I was scammed by this company. I ordered the trial for 4.95 and 8 days later (before I received the trial)(When the trial came it was for the wrong thing)I was charged about 85.00 for my monthly shipment. I did not receive that order for 3 weeks. I called them 15 times over a 33 day period (from the time the charge was made on my account) to cancel this order and never could get an answer on the phone. Finally when my credit card company helped me we were able to get them on the phone but my 30 day cancellation period for a refund had passed so they would not refund the money. I cancelled on the phone with my credit card company on the line and they assured me we would get them if they tried to do it again but I lost out this time in getting my money back. The key is to contact your credit card company immediately!
