I have been dealing with this company for almost a year now. I live in Bend, OR & had these people come to my door to show me this vacuum. After being pressured for a couple hours I finally caved & got the vacuum. I immediately had buyers remorse & took the steps to undo this. When they sell you a vacuum they take yours, so when I got my vacuum back it was missing an attachement that I use. Every time I call they say they'll look for it, one of the times I was told they left 3 of them on my doorstep. Which was a lie, why do I need 3, all I want is the one they took & I live in a good neighborhood where we all watch each others house. I've been here for 10 yrs & never once had any issues & I'm pretty sure noone is going to steal a vacuum attachement, especially since I have ups pkgs from amazon delivered all the time. So I finally got to talk to an owner who is in Gresham apprently, first he tells me he will make sure I have the part, now he says that basically I'm lying cause he doesn't think this shawn guy thats out of Bend would lie to him, & apparently this guys told him he took care of it. They were very rude to me when we switched back vacuums, he tried to lower the price to make the deal, when I refused he got more upset with me & was very short with me. I will never purchase their product or let them in my home again. They are very shifty & shady people, & downright rude if you dont do what they want. I would seriously question their customer service if they treat people like this. Once they get you're money they wash their hands of you. If these people come to your door, don't let them in, you'll be sorry. And by the way I had this vacuum for a week before they came to get it & its no better than a dyson.
