My Name Is Louis John Terrizzi .
I worked for Jimmy G's Painting for 50 Hours he owes me $1,100.00.I worked 50 hrs painting

a exterior house at (Personal Information Removed) James told me he would call me and tell me when to come and get my pay check he never called so i called him 3 days in a row and only received his answer mechine .
he never answered .
So i filled a complaint with the labor Industries .
And Labor and Industries asked me if i filled out a application and there was no application filled out in paper because i had
the owner was on vacation and just came back 07/31/2012.
the owner read the letter and called me and said .
That he is going to call consumers protection and make a complaint about Jimmy G's Painting .
Now the owner was ther for a week when we started painting the property and he told me today that they saw me doing the work and that they were totaly satisfied with my work and they said 2 of there neighbors saw me working all day 12hrs one day long days the whole time and he told me that all the neighbors loved the work i did .
And he said the neighbors would all like to have me paint there homes .
Now this owner works for the Government and he is a (Personal Information Removed.
And when he called me today he all so told me that jimmy did not pay 2 other employees he had work on that job .
I don't have money to pay to file charges with a judge now because jimmy owes me about $1,100.00 and i bought water and tea and ice and food all week figuring i would be payed .
So i am living in my van because i didn't have money to pay for my room .
and i do not know what to do i don't want to fight with people to get what is owen i was a undefeated state champion wreseler 5 years in a row and i have studied Jui Jitsu and Chinto Ebu my hands are dangerious and i know what serious damage it can do to a person .
The owner of this Property's Ph# is (Personal Information Removed) and he is a very nice and honest professional that works for the US Government.
So I am sure there is a way to settle this like Adults.My Name is Louis John Terrizzi and (Personal Information Removed) this is the 7th time this has happened to me since 1982 so i do not complain unless some one really has me work hard and long and then tyes not to pay me a dine .
So i worke 50 hrs at $20.00 a hr = 1,100.00 with time and a half after 40 hrs and i would just to be done with this Shuster flim flam Man.
