I NEED MY KNIVES SHARPENED. ITS BEEN YEARS SENCE I HAVE SEEN MY COMPANY REP. THE KNIVES WERE TOLD TO ME THEY WERE FREE SHARPENING FOR LIFE, SO WHAT HAPPEN. I SPENT A LOT OF $ ON CUTCO AND THEY JUST FORGET YOU.
